In March 2024, Ellinogermaniki Agogi School introduced the AMASE project. Students explored fascinating gecko-inspired adhesive materials, focusing on biomimicry in engineering.
Through discussions and presentations, students discovered the adhesive properties of gecko feet, and the role of Van der Waals forces. Hands-on activities delved into real-world applications in robotics, medicine, and industry.
The program encouraged participation in case studies and discussions, sparking innovative solutions using gecko-inspired adhesion. This experience enriches scientific knowledge and nurtures creativity.
Stay tuned for updates on their exciting discoveries and innovative solutions!
