The European School Innovation Academy (ESIA) AMASE Summer School, hosted by Ellinogermaniki Agogi School, took place in the town of Marathon, Greece, from July 7th to 12th, 2024. This enriching event brought together a diverse group of participants, including university professors, researchers, secondary and higher education teachers, scientists, and programmers from Greece, Belgium, Spain, and Denmark. It provided a unique platform for exploring advanced materials science and its integration into educational practices.
The Summer School featured a comprehensive program with hands-on workshops, engaging lectures from leading experts, and collaborative projects aimed at fostering innovation and enhancing teaching and research techniques. Participants had the opportunity to network with peers from various fields and backgrounds, facilitating a vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences. Beyond the academic aspects, attendees also immersed themselves in Greece’s rich cultural heritage through visits to historical landmarks and local traditions.
