On February 17th, 2023 Dr. Konstantinos Giannakopoulos and Dr. Andreas Kaidatzis, scientists from NSCR Demokritos visited Ellinogermaniki Agogi (EA) school and presented AMASE project’s educational resources to EA’s biomimicry group students. They talked with the students and informed them about their research and the development of advanced materials in Demokritos Institute.
Students presented their ideas and their work on the development of prototype projects based on biomimicry. As a highlight they had the opportunity to hold in their hands a glass container with aerogel, created in one of Demokritos labs.
